Option 1: Self-Service at FedEx Office

1. Download the postcard files you need
2. Choose one of these methods:
   • Save files to a USB drive
   • Email files to [email protected] (you'll receive a retrieval code)
   • Upload files to Microsoft OneDrive
3. Take your USB drive/retrieval code/OneDrive login to a FedEx Office location
4. At the store:
   • For USB: Insert your drive at the self-service area
   • For email: Enter your retrieval code at the self-service kiosk
   • For OneDrive: Access your cloud files at the self-service kiosk
5. Request printing on 4" × 6" cardstock (100lb or heavier recommended)
6. For best results, choose a glossy or semi-glossy finish
7. Verify the QR code scans properly before accepting the prints

Option 2: Full-Service (By FedEx Employees)

1. Download the postcard files you need
2. Choose one of these methods:
   • Take files to a FedEx Office location on a USB drive
   • Email the files to yourself so you can access them at the store
   • Email files to [email protected] and bring the retrieval code you receive
3. Go to the service counter and ask the FedEx employee to print the files for you
4. If you used [email protected], give them your retrieval code
5. Specify these requirements:
   • Print on 4" × 6" cardstock (100lb or heavier recommended)
   • Glossy or semi-glossy finish
   • Full color printing
   • Request to see a sample to verify the QR code scans properly
